I wonder what it's all about...

Blimey, I haven't blogged since the start of the month!

I don't know what's been going on so I'll just tell you about the things i can remember.

I received my preliminary exam results at the end of last week and i passed everything, so academically things are going OK. Friday saw the arrival of JJ in the pouring rain, but we still had a great weekend after the damp start. Friday night we hit a bar and a few pitchers before gate-crashing a party and being covered on toothpaste!? Saturday we headed into the peaks, (eventually) for a good days walking, some great weather and even a little bouldering. Sunday we took a look around some of the outdoor shops before heading to the foundry for a good climb. Sunday evening was damn good fun, the flat as well as Claire and some of her friends all went to the comedy club for some light entertainment. Gaz and Dom being picked on was sooooo damn funny, I hadn't laughed so much for a very long time! JJ left Monday morning and i think we both had a good weekend, great to catch up.

Last night was pancake day, so I headed to Claire's for pancakes, cake and sugar galor, followed by scrabble and a film (the English Patient is very sad).

I'm of to Scotland this Friday with the High Peak Club which should be interesting and then it's the High Peak Marathon the following weekend which should also be a laugh.

I wake up it's a bad dream...

I've just got in from a revision session with Rach, it went quite well and if we're lucky we might even pass the bloody exam tomorrow. Having been revising almost solidly for the past two weeks I've had enough of it, I've lost all motivation and just want to finish. To rub in the fact that i still have to revise, the whole flat have gone out tonight and left the kitchen strewn with empty bottles, cans and puddles of alcohol everywhere. (Just great.) To cap it all off, i opened the only letter I've received since i arrived to find an 'Official Warning' from the stupid c***'s at the TV licencing agency.

On an up beat note by 11.00am tomorrow i will have finished all my exams for about 4 months. We have a great party planned for that evening and I've also planned to go walking with High Peak Saturday and finally take my boulder mat out Sunday. Bring on the Fresh air!
