Can you still feel the butterflies...

It's been a little while since I've blogged, either because I haven't been at home or haven't been in the mood to write coherent sentences. The last few days have been pretty good, Friday night Alex came over to 'meet the parents' well just my mum. As everyone knows now its been arranged for him to come and live with me, my mum and brother (god help us all!) That was a good evening and I'm sure made Alex feel a whole lot better.
Saturday was the high point of the weekend, after a late morning I set about preparing for the evening. At 4:oopm Emma and Adam arrived to pick me up and we headed to Thelnetham to meet up with JJ. After about half an hour (just enough time for Adam and JJ to bash out a few songs from there guitar's) Marc arrived to take the four of us up to Norwich. With music playing and jokes being cracked we were on our way. Once in the Norwich we parked up and embarked on the hunt for food. After being cast out from one restaurant we headed to a nice empty Chinese. Where we stuffed ourselves on a large selection of dishes all washed down with some 'Tiger Beer'. After paying and leaving with handfuls of prawn crackers we got back into Marcs tank and drove to the uni' to meet up with JJ's brother, Tom. After another drink and more listening of music (including 'Pretty Fly for a Rabbi') we headed down to the union bar (I see a trend forming) for even more alcohol consumption. After Marc spilt my pint we decided it was time to head upstairs to the gig. We got in halfway through the support act, who ever they were, and began making our way to a favorable position from which to see the band printed on our tickets. Then Jimmy came on! And the begining of a fantastic night! Jimmy Eat World 'Totally rocked!' They played some new stuff some old stuff but all great stuff!!! I can't really right how fantastic it was inside, all hell broke lose once they started playing and it didn't stopped until we got outside! We all came staggering out hot and sweaty, how a great night should always end! We headed for home after heading up to Tom's room again and drinking half the national water supply. We was a very chilled in the car on the way home. We all sat, thinking rather than talking with embrace playing quietly in the background. But we all agreed it was a bloody brilliant and defiantly in need of being repeated!

Fuck Yeah...
