I get the feeling that I'm stranded in the wrong time...

The clocks have gone back, which means I got an extra hour in bed this morning which was a pleasant treat. This wondrous hour does come at a cost, the already short days are ending even sooner. So I'll be walking back from uni in the dark before long, which I can imagine to be a slightly depressing experience. With all that I made the most of today, a day in the sun. I got a few more photos for the relie's at home and a chance to trap the last vibrant colors of autumn before winter truly sets in. It was a day in town for me and Claire, a day together, we just shopped and walked, ate and talked, nothing very interesting but still a nice change of pace from lectures and work. The plans for next Saturday are coming together, I'm really looking forward to it. It'll be a chance to get out away from town and do my own thing, even if there's ten of us it will still be relaxed and unconstrained. I hope we have good weather and maybe catch the sunset, I do miss being able to see the sun disappear below the horizon, I don't think I'm a natural city dweller.

As my mind begins to spread its wings...

Well to the few who sporadically look at this little space on the internet, I am sorry that the cobwebs have been left to accumulate and the dust settle...

Life is quite hectic here, and only on very few occasions do I find time to sit and do nothing. So while having a break from my text book I thought I might revisit my little blog and just tidy up a little.

I don't think I can remember all of my activities and adventures since my last post, it has been nearly a month since then. In the time that has passed I've turned 19 which itself was a relatively quiet affair, but the party the night before has so far been the biggest and best in Crewe Flats. My mum also came up to visit me that weekend to wish me happy birthday and let me show her around my new home town. So now I'm just waiting for everyone from back home to come visit me (I'm sure u can organise something Marc).
