I would stop time to stay with you...
Well what an almost perfect week! I've been having a great time. Last weekend I was down in Bovington, it was a good laugh and we drank and ate way too much.
After the weekend the week just kept getting better, Monday was the chemistry trip and the first time I got to spend a whole day with Claire for a while, it was a good day. Especially because Claire moved in Monday night for the week as her mum was away. Wednesday we went swimming again after school. We had planned to go down the pub at Felsham after dinner with our mates from school, but 'knobhead' decided that he would also invite everyone out to Rattleston. So after only finding out that everyone was going to Rattleston, a few minutes before school ended, we decided to stay in and have a few drinks together rather than be childish (like he is) and go uninvited to the other pub.
Thursday was the start of the best weekend ever! Claire got to mine at about 6.00 after finishing work, we quickly sorted are stuff out and were on the road to Wales by 6.30. It was a great 5 and half hours even though we were driving it was still good fun. We swapped the driving over which was cool and meant we both got to rag the M6 toll road! We got to Cricieth(Grandpa's) about 12.00 utterly knackered but really excited.
Grandpa, Clairey and Dianna
Friday morning after a lateish start and a great breakfast we drove a little way into the hills. We'd decided to climb Cnicht and chosen a bloody brilliant day for it, it was quite cool in the morning with quite a low cloud base. As we climbed the cloud rose and by the time we got to the summit, which was a cool little scramble, the cloud was breaking up and the sun was beating down to give us absolutely fantastic views of Wales. I was really impressed with Claire I wasn't sure how she'd cope but she was fantastic as ever. The descent was a little bit hotter than we would have like but we cooled off once back in Cricieth by taking an evening stroll and had a paddle down on the beach. After dinner and looking through the days photos we watched a film together until rather late in the evening, it was a fucking excellent night!
Sunday was another amazing day spent with Claire, the weather was even better than the day before with the temperature nearing the 30's! In the morning we had a look around the town and Claire brought some nick-nacs to take home. We had planned to go to the beach, but before we left we had to play in Claires amazing bed! The beach was so perfect, beautiful sea, views, sand and girlfriend what more can a man ask for. It was great fun messing about in the sea and just playing around. Before we got back to Grandpa's we had a look around Portmadog and the harbor. After a BBQ me and Claire took a walk up to the golf course which sits about 300m to watch the sunset over the mountains.
Me and Clairey waiting for the sunset.
It was awesome, the two of us just sat watching the sun set, bliss! We got some great photos!
The Sunset
We walked back down having a very odd conversation, after challenging Grandpa and Diana to a game of Scrabble we finished watching the rest of our film, which again lasted quite late into the evening.
Sunday, our last day but we still made the most of it... After packing all our stuff and saying good by we headed up to the waterfalls. We just spent our time messing about on the rocks taking photographs and paddling in the beautifully clear cold mountain water. It was a perfect end to a perfect weekend with Claire.
The drive home was pretty miserable, with the temperature around 30 and the two of stuck in the car we just cooked all the way home. It was still a laugh when Claire was conscious lol. (I think I wore her out) My mum payed for a chinese for us when we got back which was a nice end to the weekend, it was just a shame I had to let Claire go home. I love being with her, and it was a best weekend ever! I love her so much!
Right well I'm absolutely shattered and I've got cadets soon, wish me luck. I'll see you lot later.
I love you Claire.
